St. Patrick's GAA Club Summer camp will be held on August 21st, 22nd and 23rd August from 10-1pm daily. Cost €35.00 boys and girls age 4-10, each child will receive an O'Neills Gaelic Football and Medal.

Bring a drink, snack, runners for hall and gum shields are compulsory. We are very fortunate to have three coaches this year with a vast amount of experience between the three; Rebecca Hollingsworth senior ladies player for the last number of years, Padge McWalter current senior player with large amounts of coaching skills and Paul Earls senior player comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience this is going to be Fun camp while learning the artful skill of Gaelic football

Congratulations to all involved with the Senior Footballers who had another win in the Renault Football Senior Championship in Aughrim on Sunday. Having lead at Half time by 0-06 St Pats 0-10 Newtown 0-04. In the second half playing into the town end the lads converted their goal chances for a deserved victory with the full time score St. Pats 3-19 Newtown 0-11. With three wins from three games St Pats sit on top of Group 1.

On Saturday in Dunbur we welcomed the U8 and U10 Camogie players from Avoca and Arklow Rocks. A great display of camogie was given by all involved. Congratulations to all involved in the smooth running of the blitz. Thank you to the players, Parents and Mentors from Avoca and Arklow for participating. To our own players, Parents and Mentors Well done

 

Well Done to St. Pats U13 football team for a great win against An Tochar away on Friday evening in the Div 1 league with the full time score An Tóchar 3-02 St Patrick's 7-06. Some very good passages of play with plenty to work on in training over the coming weeks. Congratulations to all involved.

 

On Monday evening we welcomed table toppers Blessington to Dunbur. In the first half after a slow start we recovered well to have the bare minimum separating the sides at half time: St. Patrick's 2-02 Blessington 1-06. The second half saw nice football played by both sides with pace with Blessington just edging the result which could have went either way with the full time score: St Patrick's 2-07 Blessington 2-08

Well done to U17 footballer Padraig Cahill for his performance of "Riptide" which earned him an Adjudicators awards for Outstanding Performance in Wicklow Golf Club

 

Our "Little Warriors" will continue on Saturdays at 10am for Boys and Girls age 4-6. Fun games, getting to meet new friends and learning new skills, are what our nursery is all about. We look forward to welcoming those back from last year and meeting our new recruits!

The time of the first goal scored in the World Cup final was timed at 17 minutes 54 seconds. The holder of the scratch card that has this time on it needs to contact the club and present the scratch card to claim the prize of €500.
