There were gasps of disbelief among twitter users when Jonny Cooper suggested during last night's 2017 championship draw programme on RTE2 that the winners of the Leinster SFC first round tie between between Carlow and Wexford would provide "tough opposition" for All-Ireland champions Dublin.
