Wexford County Board secretary Margaret Doyle has written to the clubs admitting that many have felt aggrieved over the current fixtures situation.
Many clubs have let their feelings be known to the county board as there has been a number of issues with regards to fixtures this year.
The latest of which was Fethard's request to have an under-21 game postponed, but their appeal was taken by the CCCC as a concession of a walkover.
The Wexford People reports that in Doyle's letter to the clubs, it states: "The current fixtures situation is causing concern for many clubs who have advised County Board of these concerns.
"As a result it has been decided to hold a county board meeting on Wednesday, September 16th, in the Riverside Park Hotel to discuss fixtures and if possible find solutions to the log jam that arises at this time of the year."
