Wexford manager Liam Dunne is hoping that his players involved in college games come through unscathed.

Dunne already has injury concerns with Conor McDonald on the treatment table, while Matthew O'Hanlon and Jack Guiney are in both Sigerson and Fitzgibbon Cup action this week.

The Model County face Offaly in the next round of the league on Sunday and Dunne told the Wexford People that he will be hoping they make it through without any injuries.

"Tomas will be out for sure while it will also come too early for Conor McDonald. His ankle will not be 100%," said Dunne.

"As for Matthew O'Hanlon, he has both hurling and football with U.C.D this week, while Jack Guiney will be playing with D.I.T. Hopefully, they will come through uninjured.

"Offaly had a good win over Laois. Brian Whelehan is in his second season so will know a lot more as I learned following my first year. It will be tough against Offaly, but nothing less than a victory will suffice."
