Last Sunday's SHC final draw has had a knock on effect in the SFC.

Shelmaliers and St Anne's will meet again next Sunday in the county SHC replay, but the sides were due to meet in the SFC semi-final on the same date, but that game will now be played on November 9th.

The reason for this is that the winners of the SHC final replay are in action the following week when they take on Kilcormac/Killoughey in the Leinster club senior hurling championship.

The other semi-final between Castletown and Gusserane will be played next Bank Holiday Monday, but it is almost certain now that Wexford will have no representatives in the Leinster club SFC.
