Wexford won't be represented in the Leinster club SFC because they won't have their county championship completed on time.

The Irish Examiner is reporting that the Wexford SFC final won't be played until November 9 at the earliest. The Wexford champions are due to play their Laois counterparts (Portlaoise or Arles-Killeen) the previous Sunday, November 2, and even though the Leinster Council has agreed in principle to give them a week's grace, Wexford still won't be in a position to provide representatives.

The Model County's withdrawal comes a day after Tipperary confirmed that they won't be represented in the Munster club SFC due to a backlog of fixtures.
