Wexford manager Liam Dunne was 'delighted' to get Clare star Brendan Bugler's jersey after last Saturday's dramatic draw in Ennis.

Dunne was determined to get his hands on the Whitegate half back's jersey after missing out last year when Clare defeated Wexford after extra-time en route to winning the All-Ireland title.

"I asked him for his jersey," he revealed to the Clare Champion.

"I got to him last year, but he was after swapping his jersey. He's a man that I have admired for a long, long time. I think he's a great bit of stuff and a great hurler.

"He gave me his jersey and I'm delighted going home with that." Tweet
