Lotto

The Lotto numbers for Monday Aug 14th 2017 were , 1, 18, 27,30 . There was no Jackpot winner. There were four Match3 winners - Cora Taplin, c/o Anthony Lennon, Matt Ryan Clonbrusk, Jack Gaffey c/o Derek Dolan, PM/Chick/RM/EF c/o Dan's each receiving 25€. Next week's jackpot is €11,000 and the match3 prize will be €100. The Garrycastle lotto can now be played online from the club website at http://garrycastle.gaa.ie .

 

 

Underage snippets

The under 10s were invited into a tournament by Celbridge GAA which took place last Saturday in Celbridge. In the league section Garrycastle lost to Fingallians in the first match before they had settled down. Subsequently they defeated Edenderry, Castletown, Wexford (the eventual Cup winners). They finished in second spot in the group, losing out on points difference for top place. They beat Miltown Malbay, Clare in the semi final and beat Kilmacud Crokes in the Plate final. This was great experience for the players and gives them confidence knowing they can compete with the best. Well done to all.

The under 16s have qualified for the Division 1 championship. They play Coralstown Kinnegad this Monday evening in the quarter final.
