February 27, 2017Gaa: Congratulations to John Keane, Boidu Sayeh and the Westmeath u21 team who defeated Meath in the u21 Leinster Championship last Wednesday night by 2.08 to 0.12. Boidu popped up to get the all important second goal with five minutes remaining. They now take on Dublin next Wednesday night in The Leinster Quarter Final at 7.30pm in St Lomans. All support appreciated.
The draw for the 2017 Senior Championship was made last week. In our group we have Coralstown Kinnegad, The Downs, Maryland, Castledaly & Caulry. In Round 1 we are fixed to play Coralstown Kinnegad. It is provisionally booked for the weekend of July 22nd.
Fixtures: Division 1 League this Saturday at 15.30pm vs Castledaly in Castledaly. Division 5 League this Sunday at 11.30am vs The Downs in the Downs. Minor league vs St Lomans this Sunday at 11.00am in St Lomans.

Stile Bar Golf Society: Next Outing in Moate Golf Club on Saturday 11th March. Tee times from 11am. Competition versus Cat&Bagpipes, as well as Individual competitions. Please contact any committee member if interested in playing.
Walking Track: Lights are now on every night now from 7pm until 10pm. Extra lighting is now in place.
