Gym membership is still available at the great price of €90 for adults and €70 for students.

Fitness classes were back with a bang last week. But don't worry if you missed them, places are still available and new faces are always welcome.  It's great to have this facility at our club, so avail of these classes right on your doorstep. Classes are great fun and a great workout combined.

Monday: Zumba and Yogalates. Wednesday: Bodytone. These classes are for both men and women and are suitable for people of all fitness levels.

On Tuesday and Friday evenings between 7pm-9pm the lights will be on around the track. This is a safe and fun way to get some exercise in the evenings.

Congratulations to Tommy McDaniels and the Westmeath Senior panel on their wins against Carlow on Wednesday and Maynooth on Sunday.

Don't forget this Friday 20th January at 9.30pm in Mahon's, Ballinagore Macra are hosting their annual table quiz. Table of four is €20. The always entertaining Mick Heeney will be quizmaster on the night.  Mick will also be conducting the interviews for this years personality competitions including Queen of the Land, Miss Blue Jeans and Mr Personality. It has all the ingredients of a great night's entertainment. We look forward to seeing you there.
