AIB Leinster Club IFC Final 2016.
Heartbreak for the lads last weekend in a breathless game of football that ended in a 1 point defeat. It was a case of two teams as good as each other going hell for leather and unfortunately for us the rub of the green went in the Meath champions favour this time. You cannot miss many chances in a Leinster final and i suppose that was what ultimately cost us in the end. Good performances from all but Theo Watts, Andy McCormack and Boidu Sayeh stood out on this occasion. The lads can hold there heads up very high as they have no idea how much joy they have brought to the village on such a sad year for Rosemount off the pitch. It's been a great year and don't forget your all Senior Footballers in 2017. Brilliant year lads well done. Final score Rosemount 1.09 St Colmcilles 0.13.

Rosemount are the Pride of Place 2016 Runners Up. Congrats to all involved on this massive achievement, you all done great work. It is hard to believe there is a place in Ireland that is apparently better than Rosemount.
