Junior Team

We played Crookedwood in Junior Championship in Crookedwood.

We played very well in patches of the match. Some very good displays from Jack and Luke McGrath and goals from Larry Donoghue who gave a man of the match performance, led the way to a 5 point victory.

Our Team was as follows; Ronan Keegan, Cian Quinn, Fergal Fagan, Ciaran Morrisson, Mark Keegan, Jack McGrath, John Kenny, Christopher Austin, Enda Morrisson, Luke McGrath, Philly Dowdall, Adam Loughlin, Alan Dowdall, Larry Donoghue, Niall Folan, Enda Loughlin, Conor Duncan, Eoin O'Keeffe, Sean Loughlin, Danny Lennon and Dan Sheridan.

Under 10's

Our Under 10's took part in a tournament on Saturday the 27th in Brownstown.

Our first game was against Delvin which we won, and then in our second game we met Raharney which we lost, that led us to a play Castlepollard in a runner up Sheid final. After a fantastic performance from everyone at the end of normal time all was level , so extra time was needed to decide who the winner would be however at the end of the extra also matters were still level. So the fairest thing was that both teams shared the Shield Well done to all the lads, Adam Kenny, Darragh Kenny, Kian Loughlin, , Jack Mangan, Carl Mc Cormack, Kian Healy, Corey O'Brien, Jack Murtagh, Aaron Carey, Jamie Kellaghan, Ross Murray, Luke Myler, Finn Raeside, Jake Muldoon, Darragh Egerton, Killian Gavigan, Taylor Shields, Conor Daly, Eoin Mullin.

Under 14

Our under 14's played Lough Lene Gaels in the championship Semi final and we were beaten by a hungrier Gaels team on the evening. The Gaels got off to a great start and we pulled it back to a 1 point lead in the second half but didn't push on and the Gaels were deserving winners at the final whistle

Well done to our all involved team and management it just wasn't to be.

Our panel was as follows: Evan Scally, Andrew Shaw, Liam Murtagh, Tony Hackett, Ciaran Gavigan, Eoin Rhattigan, Ben Murray, Sean Power, Gary Cleary, Matthew Glynn, Oisin Murray, Michael Moffat, Gary Greville, Anthony Moran, Oisin Loughlin, Ray Phelan, Finn Sheehan, Brian Gaffney, Paul McCool, Richard Shields, Ciaran Egerton, Robbie Cleary, Ciaran Nooney,Alan Mooney Josh Murtagh & Tom Tuite.

Our Minor Team had a good win over Fr Daltons on a score line of 3-18 to 3-14, this victory was helped by goals from Darragh McLoughlin, Mickey McGrath and Conor Coloe, it was a great battle right up to the end. Well done to the team and management.
