Provincial Club Games
Ballinagore locals had great interest in this weekends games as both Louis Ennis and Fiona Claffey were involved as they attempted to steer their teams towards finals. Unfortunately it was disappointment for both on the day with narrow defeats. On Sunday morning, with Louis managing Milltown, they took on Longford Champions, St. Brigid's Killashee in Pearse Park in the Leinster Junior Semi-Final. After an exciting game, Milltown lost out in disappointing and controversial circumstances where they had a last minute goal ruled out before their hosts scored a three pointer in the final passage of play to win by four points. Later on, Fiona captained her Foxrock Cabinteely side against Donaghmoyne of Monaghan in the All Ireland Ladies Senior semi-final. A very experienced Donaghmoyne won after a tight game by 1-08 to 0-07. Hard luck to both Louis and Fiona on the day but congratulations on your wonderful achievements in 2015

Partition work is complete now and wiring is underway along with slabbing and a host of other activities. Our sincere thanks to all of our members who are putting in serious work each week, with a special mention for Kevin Deegan, John Durkan, Rory O'Brien and Pat O'Connor who have transformed the place recently. Everybody who has seen it so far is very impressed with the size and layout of the building. The end result will be a great addition to our club and community.
