The Captain's Prize (Brian Melinn) was held in Athlone Golf Club on a beautiful day with a very large number of players in attendance.
The following were the prizewinners:
1st Prize: John Burns.
2nd Prize: Paul Connellan.
3rd Prize: Anne Egan-Farrell.
1st Nine: Johnny Bracken.
2nd Nine: Michael Downes.
Ladies Prize: Lily O`Sullivan.
Visitor`s Prize: James Kelly.
