Two fourth-round SF Qualifiers went down for decision this evening as the race for the Sam Maguire Cup hotted up.

With All-Ireland quarter-finals next Sunday up for grabs, beaten Leinster finalists Westmeath had a chance to get their season back on track when they met Fermanagh at Breffni Park at 5pm, while, the eagerly-awaited Round 4A clash of Munster finalists Cork and Kildare went ahead under lights at Thurles (7pm).

It's straight knock-out all the way now and two teams exited the championship today as the field was trimmed to ten contenders.
