We secured our place in division 1 for next year with a win against bunbrosna away on Friday evening. it was a hard fought game with two goals in the first half proving to be the decisive factor. with one game left against garycastle hopefully we can win it and finish as high as possible
MINOR
on Wednesday evening the minor team got back in action after a long break but unfortunately were beaten on this occasion with games coming up an improvement looks likely after a period of inactivity
LADIES
Congratulations to the ladies team on their second win in the championship on Wednesday against Clann Gaels
BEST OF LUCK
All roads lead to croker on sunday and the club would like to pass on their best wishes to the Westmeath senior panel. Hopefully there will be scenes again in the town like that faithful day in 2004.
