Maroon & White Westmeath Yearbook on sale now.

The 2015 'Maroon & White' official Westmeath GAA Yearbook hit the shop shelves this week.

The 336-page publication is packed with features and photos from another hectic season of GAA activity in the Lake County. It reviews the fortunes of Westmeath's inter-county football, hurling, camogie and ladies football teams, as well as those of the 47 clubs

Special features include interviews with county stars Kieran Martin (football) and Tommy Doyle (hurling), new football manager Tom Cribbin, new hurling supremo Michael Ryan and All-Ireland hurling final referee Barry Kelly.

There is also a look back at Westmeath's famous All-Ireland minor football success of 20 years ago through the eyes of captain Damien Gavin and a tribute to Dessie Dolan, who retired from inter-county football last year. The book also asks if Mick Carley and Dom Murtagh were Westmeath's greatest ever midfield pairing.

In addition, the book chooses its Football and Hurling Teams of the Year, which are sure to cause plenty of debate! Handball and Scor activities are also extensively covered.

'Maroon & White' is once against edited by Kilbeggan native Randal Scally and is produced in conjunction with www.hoganstand.com. At just €4.95, it represents exceptional value for money.
