Underage training.
Training has resumed for all players (both girls and boys) for age grades U-8, U-10 and U-12 at the pitch in Clonmellon from 10am to 11:30am. All parents should ensure that all children attending wear gum shields. St. Paul's are also looking for parents to lend a hand with training, even if it's just laying out a few cones or collecting the footballs & bibs afterwards, the help would be very much appreciated and don't worry, a knowledge of Gaelic Football is not required.
Registration is now due for all underage players. Registration fees are vitally important to ensure your child is fully insured while training or playing for St. Pauls GFC. Because of this, any child who is not registered and has no paid their registration in full unfortunately cannot take part in any of the clubs activities.
So please parents, ensure your child is registered by coming to the pitch on Saturday morning to pay. The cost is only 10 euro per child or 25 euro for a family of 3 children.
Under 14 boys training resumes Monday evening at 7pm. All players to attend as we kick off our 2015 year. New players more than welcome. St. Pauls GFC would like to urge all parents of 12-14 year old boys to encourage their children to get involved with the club for 2015. Benefits of playing with our club include your child getting more fresh air, more exercise, new friends and educates them on the importance of teamwork, respect and hard work and EVERY child will be treated equally regardless of their skill levels. It's not just about learning football skills it's about learning life skills.
