St Lomans suffered defeat in the Division 5 league against St Malachys in Lakepoint Park on a glorious Sunday morning last. St Malachys who travelled with a strong outfit were superior opposition to a St Lomans side who were missing a few regular starters.
The visitors started with blistering pace to the game and registered a goal and a point in the first two minutes. Cormac Corroon got St Lomans on the score sheet with two converted frees but St Malachys were in clinical mood and added two further goals and two points to give them a commanding lead. Sean Flanagan rattled the net with a great finish on the stroke of half time.
St Malachys continued their dominance in the third quarter and quickly put the game beyond doubt with a goal and four points. St Lomans battled hard to get back into the game with Brian Murphy raising the green flag from a wonderful strike. Sean Flanagan added two further points before Cormac Corroon converted a penalty just before the final whistle.

Underage Academy
The Underage Academy continues every Saturday morning at 11am. It's been wonderful to see so many in attendance so far this season but also new members are always welcome!
Lotto
There was no jackpot winner from the lotto draw on March 18th. The numbers drawn were 1,6,10,24. Winners of €50 each were Joe Carroll, Zoe Alex & Zara Martin, Gerry O Brien and Joe Lynch. Next week's jackpot will be a whopping €9,100.
