Return to training- Good Friday April 3

Underage training returns from 7pm to 8pm in ballycomoyle on Friday 3 April. The Underage section in Ballycomoyloe is just brilliant- every age group is catered for with trained coaches and the emphasis is on fun and staying fit and enjoying the sport of football. Our key focus is nurturing the kids and making sure every one gets a chance to shine- Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí

Well done to our latest training batch Larry Masterson, Ollie McCormack, Shannon Farrelly and Caolan McLaverty who  completed the GAA certified Foundation course in the Barracks, Mullingar.

New members are always welcome and if parents would like for their kids to take part in any age group boys or girls or you'd like to get involved in coaching please don't hesitate in contacting our Coaching Officer, Noel Morgan, [email protected] / 0876627600 who will be delighted to help and introduce you to the teams coaches.

Celebrating three decades

Our club is 30 years in existense after re-forming in 1985 and some plans are being put together to celebrate.  If anyone has any old pictures, notes, paper clippings etc anything relating to our club or its people over the last 30 years we'd appreciate it if you could copy it and give it to Noel Morgan, if you have no way of copying it Noel can do it for you.  Anything from the first game at underage or adult, boys or girls, Scor, Rounders, field days, sucesses or disappointments etc.  thanks in advance for your help.  Noel Morgan, 0876627600, [email protected].

Gaelic for Mothers and others-

Gaelic for mothers and others was a huge success a couple of year ago and the club is looking at possibly bringing it back again.  It's open to all ladies who don't currently play gaelic football or maybe have never played gaelic football.  A great way to get fit and stay fit with like minded ladies, it's open to all levels of playing ability so don't be afraid to get involved.  If you think you might be interested you can drop an e-mail to [email protected] or let Noel Morgan know at 087662700.
