Westmeath camogie notes

Club Minor Championship.
Unfortunately due to the wet weather last week, it was not possible to play the remaining games in the camogie minor competitions.
Crookedwood are through to the final of the seven-a-side competition and await the outcome of the Delvin v Drumraney semi-final.
Both semi-finals of the thirteen-a-side championship have yet to be played. Lough Lene Gaels v Castletown Geoghegan and Raharney v St. Brigid's remain to be played.
The finals are fixed for Sunday next 16th November and it is hoped that weather permits this to go ahead as planned the semi-final stage of the competition.
Details of the fixtures will be posted whe they are available.

Camogie Convention.
The annual convention of the Camogie Board will be held on Tuesday 25th November 2014 at 7pm. Nomination and motions papers were due the Secretary by Friday 14th November.

Camogie Congress.
The Camogie Association 2015 Annual Congress will be held in Croke Park on 27th and 28th March
The Playing Rules are also due to considered in 2015 and this occurs once in every three year cycle, with the next review of playing rules scheduled for 2018.
Clubs may submit motions to County Convention to amend any rule of the Official Guide Part 1 or the playing rules.
