Garrycastle manager Dessie Dolan Snr has called on the club's supporters to travel in numbers for their Leinster semi-final clash against St Vincent's at Parnell Park.

The Westmeath champions take on the reigning All-Ireland club champions in the penultimate stage of the provincial senior football championship on Sunday, November 23rd.

Garrycastle will go into the game as massive underdogs and Dolan admitted to the Westmeath Independent that his charges face a tough test, but added that they will be giving it their all on the day.

"They are a quality team, with some of the best players in the country," said Dolan. "We'll be trying very hard, we won't be going up just to play the game; we'll be going up to try and beat St Vincent's.

"Support is always welcome, particularly in a tight game. I'd like to thank the supporters for coming out to support us. I know they'll be in Dublin the next day."
