LEINSTER CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
We are down to play the winners of Craobh Ciarain(Dublin) and Oliver Plunketts(Louth) away on Nov 9th.They couldn't be separated after extra time on Sunday and replay next weekend.

U12 MCHUGH CUP (GARRYCASTLE) FINAL
Moate succeeded in getting to the final for a second year in this great competition. Having played 5 group matches and a semi final, the lads were back in Garrycastle last Saturday to line up against Tang/Maryland.
The game started very well for Moate with a quick goal that got the large supporting Moate crowd right behind the team. Our opponents responded with a few well taken points. The Tang/Maryland forwards scored their points with accuracy and also equaled Moate on the goal side by half time .
Moate were 6 points behind at half time with all to play for in the second half of this great game . Tang/Maryland however put some scores up in the first 10 minutes with 2 more goals added to their score line.
Moate battled hard  to the end but Tang/Maryland proved too strong and were worthy winners in the end.Our lads and their mentors can take great credit in the spirited defence they put up of the Cup and the wonderful displays they put up along the way.
Many thanks to the Mc Hugh family and Garrycastle GAA for organising this fantastic tournament.
Well done and many thanks to the players, mentors and parents on a great year.

CONGRATS
