U14 Championship:
The Athlone U14 team travelled to Mount Temple on Saturday last to play Maryland-Tang in the semi-final of the championship and won on a scoreline of 1-9 to 1-5.Josh Beaumont was the Athlone goalscorer and Niall Doolan gave a great performance after coming back from injury.

Well done to Garrycastle on winning this years Westmeath Senior Football Championship against Mullingar Shamrocks at Cusack Park on Sunday last.
