Seven teams remain in the hunt for the Westmeath senior football title.

A play off is needed to determine who will meet Killucan in the quarterfinal as St Malachy's and Garrycastle go head to head again.

In the other quarterfinal, there is a mouth watering clash between Tyrrellspass and Mullingar Shamrocks, with the 'prize' on offer for the winner here being a clash against defending champions St Loman's in the semi final.

Coralstown/Kinnegad are in the other side of the draw and they will face the winners of the Killucan v. St Malachy's/Garrycastle clash.

In the relegation play-off Athlone and near neighbours Castledaly are to meet for the right to remain in the senior ranks next year.
