After some very exciting group stages games the Gerry Reilly Under 16 football tournament reaches the final stages this weekend. The Cup final should be a cracker as a very talented Cavan side face up to favourites and holders Dublin. Louth take on Wicklow in the Plate decider while neighbours Meath and Westmeath will meet to decide the destination of the Shield.

Top team in each group qualify for the Gerry Reilly Cup Final (Cavan v Dublin)

This tournament commemorates Gerry Reilly who died tragically in December '87 at 16 years of age, and he had already proved to be a great footballer with huge potential to go on to great heights in the game.
