Westmeath must make do without ace marksman Ger Egan as they embark on their Allianz League Division 2 campaign.

Last year's league top scorer with 3-50, Egan is missing from the starting 15 for tomorrow's opener at home to Clare. The Lake County are also minus the services of Kieran Martin as he recovers from a metatarsal injury.
