Castledaly club notes

January 20, 2020

After last year's great success the GAA return with the Lighting Up Ireland project in league with RTE Operation Transformation.

Castledaly GAA Walking Track will be lit up each Monday 7.30pm to 8.30pm from 20th January for six weeks to help everyone kick start their New Year fitness goals.
Studies show the great benefits that walking 30 minutes each day or several times each week can have, and walking within a group has great benefits as well as being great fun -
All are welcome to come along and join in.
Unfortunately due to bad weather last Monday had to be cancelled for safety reasons.  We look forward to lots of laughter and fun so come along- Turn Up; and Join The Fun with our leader, Paulette.

Well done to Under 20s footballers who won over Cavan at weekend in Philip McGuinness Cup.  Despite their best efforts, Monaghan advance to the final due to the head to head victory over Westmeath , but it was a great campaign by Westmeath.
