Annual General Meeting

We held our Annual General Meeting on Friday the 6th December and we would like to thank everyone for their attendance on the night. The election of officers saw Anslem Conlon step down as treasurer after 7 years of balancing the books. We would like to thank Anslem for his commitment and dedication during his reign and we know he will be still an integral part of the committee and the community. The main officers appointed on the night are as follows: Chairman: Billy Kelly; Vice-Chairman: Ronan McDonnell; Secretary: Aidan Walsh; Asst. Secretary: Padraig Seery; Treasurer: Ronan Farrell; Asst. Treasurer: Daire Lynam; Public Relations Officer (PRO): Stephen Sheil; Child Protection Officer (CPO): Tom Sheerin; Co. Board representatives: Billy Kelly and Josie Boyle; Chairman of the Juvenile Board – Ronan McDonnell; Secretary of the Juvenile Board: Padraig Seery

 

Walking Track Lights

The Lights are on around our walking track in the community centre every evening between 19:00-22:30. The use of the track is permitted to the entire community and is a safe place to exercise and keep fit.

 

Leinster Finalists

Congratulations to our Set Dancers who qualified for the Leinster Scor Na nOg final with a polished performance in Oldcastle on Sunday. The girls certainly had feet of flames as the swept into the final which will be on Sunday 12th January in Drogheda. Once again doing the entire community proud and we want to wish the best of luck to everyone involved.
