Castledaly Fit Club continues each week Monday Wednesday Friday with ladies classes at 7 and gents at 8pm under the expert guidance of Liam Lorcan and Paulette.

 

The Walking Track lights are on from 8 to late for club members who are looking for safe environment for their daily walk at this darker evenings time of year.  It is always great to see people making use of this wonderful facility, often followed by quality time at the playground with our smallest stars.

 

GOAL MILE December 26th noon to 2pm around Castledaly GAA walking track. Walk stroll run for fun and raise funds for charity.
