The late John Kiely Another stalwart GAA man answered the Final Call. John Kiely Snr. of Ballingown was a Kilrossanty (and Waterford) man through and through. John, who was in his eighties, passed peacefully away after a period of illness at the Waterford Regional Hospital and he was laid to rest in his beloved Kilrossanty following Requiem Mass. His son, also John, is the present Waterford Senior football manager and a former chairman of the Kilrossanty club. His grandson, Dermot, has also donned the green and gold of the club with distinction in all the football grades.
