Tallow will face Ballyduff Upper and holders Ballygunner will take on Fourmilewater in the Waterford SHC semi-finals.

The last four pairings were confirmed following a busy weekend of quarter-final action.

Two late goals from Ryan Grey handed Tallow a surprise 3-13 to 0-18 victory over Dungarvan, while Ballyduff Upper also caused an upset by beating 2013 champions Passage 1-12 to 1-10. Ballyduff, who lost their first three championship games, laid the foundations for their win in the opening quarter when Andrew Casey's goal helped them to establish a 1-6 to 0-1 lead.

Ballygunner needed an injury-time goal from Stephen Power to secure a 2-12 to 0-12 victory over city rivals Mount Sion at Walsh Park, while Craig Guiry bagged 1-4 in Fourmilewater's 1-12 to 1-7 defeat of Roanmore.
