Waterford's progression in the NHL could see the club championships put back.

Waterford play Tipperary in the semi-final on April 19th and the second round of the senior football championship is due to take place that weekend.

The county board have yet to decide on whether or not games involving county hurlers will go ahead, but it is unlikely that they will.

Should Waterford beat Tipp, then there is doubt about the opening round of the senior hurling championship as both have been pencilled in for the May Bank Holiday weekend.
