Round 3 of the Dr. Harty Cup takes place this afternoon with seven games down for decision.

In Group 1, West Limerick Colleges will look to build on their deserved draw with Thurles CBS in the last round against a St. Flannans team which has lost both games to date. Sixmilebridge is the venue for this game. The other Round 3 match in Group 1, the clash of table toppers Thurles CBS and Ard Scoil Ris will take place next Tuesday in Nenagh,
The top game in Group 2 will see the clash of undefeated schools Gaelcolaiste Mhuire AG and Castletroy CC in Charleville in what promises to be an exciting game. At the other end of the table, De La Salle Waterford and SNTN Doon are both looking for their first win in this year's competition when they meet in Clonmel.

In Group 3, our game of the week sees Our Ladys Templemore taking on St Caimins Shannon in MacDonagh Park Nenagh with a victory required for both teams to stay in contention for a Quarter-Final place. In the other match in this group, Rochestown and PS Youghal will look to maintain their winning ways when they meet at Caherlag at 2:30pm (all other Harty Cup games today are at 1:30pm).

Finally, Group 4 is by far the most competitive of the groups thus far with two points separating the five teams involved as every school is in with a chance for qualification to the knockout stages. Midleton CBS won their only game played to date and they take on Dungarvan CBS in Ardmore while Hamilton HS Bandon are also undefeated as they play HS Clonmel in Fermoy.

Next Round - St Caimins Shannon will play St Francis College Rochestownin Round 4 on November 19th. Our Lady's Templemore have a bye in Round 4 and will play St Francis College Rochestown in Round 5 on December 3rd.
