Lennon, Kieran

December 14, 2010
Late Kieran Lennon

Feelings of sincere regret and great sadness were expressed with the unexpected passing of Kieran Lennon, 47 Glendine Drive, Seapark, Abbeyside, Dungarvan which sad event occurred at his residence recently. Kieran was a member of a well known and respected local family. He was a quiet, gentle, unassuming man held in high esteem by all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance. He was a true Abbeyside man who possessed a great love of GAA and there was nothing he enjoyed more than going to the father field to support local teams no matter what the weather was like. He was mentor of Abbeyside Minor Hurlers and in former times he was road manager with the band, Tropic.
Kieran loved to socialise with his family and friends and he would be seen regularly walking his dog, Buddy. His family were his priority and he was a wonderful kind and loving husband and father. Kieran will be sadly missed and his passing leaves a void that will not be easily filled. May he rest in peace.
Kieran will be sadly missed and deeply mourned by his wife, Theresa; daughters, Sarah and Carol; brother, Monnie; sister, Mary; brothers -in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews nieces and a huge circle of relatives and friends, Month's Mind Mass will take place on Tuesday, December 28, at 10am in Abbeyside Church.
(Funeral arrangements by Tom Drohan, Funeral Directors, Dungarvan).
