Brian Cody has made seven changes to his Kilkenny side for Sunday's crunch Division 1A meeting with Waterford at Walsh Park.

Conor Delaney and Enda Morrissey come into the Cats' defence from their defeat to Clare while the third change sees Conor O'Shea starting at centre-field alongside Richie Leahy.

Martin Keoghan, TJ Reid and Pat Lyng make up a whole new half forward line while Billy Ryan is named at right corner-forward, with Richie Reid, Bill Sheehan and Alan Murphy all dropping to the bench and Ollie Walsh missing out on the 26-man squad.

Two points will be crucial in the race for survival in this one with just two rounds remaining after this weekend.

Throw-in at Walsh Park is at 2pm.
