The heavy snowfall has wreaked havoc with GAA fixtures and events throughout the country.

The Leinster Club SFC final between Moorefield and St Loman's is the highest profile casualty of the inclement weather conditions but local fixtures have been affected too and the semi-final of the Leinster Scór na nÓg competition, which was due to take place in Oulart, Co Wexford, has also fallen foul to the snow.

Mayo, meanwhile, has escaped the worst of the wintery weather so far and their annual convention goes ahead as scheduled.
