In the clubs only fixture last weekend our hurlers succumbed to a defeat by Brothers Pearse in the Championship Semi-Final. On a chilly September afternoon in Greenford McCurtains started this encounter well and raced into a 4 points to 2 lead in the early exchanges but Pearse's finished the half stronger and lead going into the break. McCurtains took too long to get going in the second half and by then the match was out of site. 

This Saturday our U-14 footballers will play in the Championship Final against Tara and the Camogs will continue their senior championship campaign as they take on Fr. Murphy's.

Camogie:

Training continues this week on Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 pm in West Ham. All new players are welcome.

Hurling:

Result: IHC Semi Final: Thomas McCurtains: 0-07, Brothers Pearse: 5-17

There will be no hurling training this week.

Ladies Football:

Training continues this week on Tuesday in West Ham at 7:00pm. Can all players make an effort to get there earlier if possible to make the most of the available light. All new players are welcome.

Mens Football:

There is no football training this week.

Fixture: U-14 Football League Div 2 Final - Thomas McCurtains v St Clarets, Saturday 8th October 2016.

New players are always very welcome to join our friendly club. We have Gaelic Football & Hurling teams for both men and ladies from u-8s up to Adults. We are based in East London; the club covers a wide area and current players live in many different areas, including, Gants Hill, Woodford, Leyton, Leytonstone, Stratford, Romford, Dagenham, Brentwood & Chelmsford as well as many other areas. Transport to and from training and pick-up from stations can be arranged, if required.
