The footballers battled hard and came from behind to snatch a draw scoring 1-1 in the last few minutes. The important passage of play came with a well worked team goal which was toe poked in by Diarmuid Carr. In what was his last game in the McCurtains colours Barry McHugh repriesed the role of captain and he impressed as he worked well on the inside forward line.
