Carlow 3-12

London 0-7

Three goals inside the opening 10 minutes set Carlow up for a comfortable victory over London at Ruislip this afternoon.

The Barrowsiders made light of the heavy surface to make it two wins from two in Division 2A. Marty Kavanagh, Sean Murphy and Seamus Murphy all raised green flags as the home side were blitzed early on.

Carlow had built up a 3-7 to 0-0 lead by the 25th minute and were 3-7 to 0-1 up at the break.

London improved after the restart, despite having Peter Phelan sent off in the 46th minute. Carlow will continue their promotion push when they travel to Derry in a fortnight's time.
