We played North London Shamrocks on Sunday evening  in the All Britain Intermediate / Junior play off.

Early points from Aaron McClafferty and Gary Ban gave us a 0-2 lead, before NLS responded to level matters. Luke Hands finished a well worked move to give us the first goal of the game, as we led 1-4 0-5 at  half time.

The second half was a tense affair with NLS having a lot of possession which resulted in them taking the lead. A spirited display meant, we trailed by two points and in the dying stages  NLS scored a goal as we were defeated 1-06  1-11.

Overall it was a great effort by all the lads. We wish NLS the best of luck in the All Britain competition.

Our last game of the season is this Saturday, as we face Thomas McCurtains in the final of the Mullarkey Cup. 4.30pm throw in at Ruislip. All support is welcome.

 

It has been a great season for the club with us winning the Junior Championship, Division 3 League, McArdle Cup and runners up of Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta.
