Fixture

Saturday 12th April Senior Championship seeding round vs Kilburn Gaels in Ruislip at 3pm. All players to meet at 2pm. Physio will be there from 2pm. All support welcome.



Training

Training continues each Wednesday night at 7:15pm at The Shamrock Club, Acton, W3 0BP. After Easter the club will be upping it to two nights a week and a strength and conditioning coach will be joining us to help with training. We have great facilities with goal posts, floodlights, warm showers and sandwiches and fruit after each training session.

Father Murphy's Youth training is every Wednesday evening from 6.30pm at the Shamrock club Horn Lane Acton W3 0BP. New players and coaches welcome so come along and give us a go
