The seniors suffered a heavy defeat in the Sean Shield Cup last weekend against a superior Cu Chullainns team.

There is no senior match this week due to the Connacht Championship match in Ruislip.

Good luck to St Clarets club man Tony Murphy and the rest of the London team in their match against Sligo on Sunday. A place in history awaits you.

Training for the seniors continues on Tuesday and Thursday at Hayes Rugby Club, Kingshill Ave Hayes at 8pm.

Training for the under-10s and under-12s takes place on Wednesdays at 7pm at Hayes Rugby Club, Kingshill Ave, Hayes and for the Under-16s on Tuesdays at 7pm.
