Please use this time at home to practice your skills and keep up the fitness exercises , we will be posting regular updates and tips on social media.

During these difficult times we are all on the same team. There’s a role for every one of us in stopping the spread of #Covid19. Please play your part; stay at home , protect the NHS and stay safe.

Please check on your elderly or vulnerable neighbours by phone and please get in touch with us if you need anything.Take care and look after each other.
