NLS’ annual golf day took place in Crews Hill GC on Sept 21st. It was a fantastically well supported event and the course was in excellent condition, matched only by the quality of the golf played. The club committee would like to extend an enormous thanks to all of our sponsors who supported the day and thank all golfers who took part. 

 

Championship season has finally arrived in London and the round robin leagues finished last weekend. It’s been a successful one for NLS as two victories (over CuChullians & Round Towers) have seen us qualify for the semi-finals. At the time of writing, the fixture has yet to be confirmed and will be updated on our twitter/Facebook sites once known. Reserve team have also been in action & after losing their first championship outing have bounced back well with two convincing victories. Another win should see the reserves also qualify for the semi-finals. Fixture to be updated once known. 

 

Congratulations from all at the club to Joe & Selina Sweeney on the recent birth of their daughter. 

The club wish Brian Regan from St Gabriel’s a speedy recovery from his incident in yesterday’s hurling match. 

 

The club would like to extend their condolences to Chris Byrne of St Kiernans on the recent passing of his father, Christy. RIP.
