Tara beat Croydon in the Senior Camogie league final on Wednesday night in Greenford.  There were some fantastic scores and plays of camogie in particular from Rachel Kelly, Claire Ryan and Caoimhe Staunton in the forwards with Sarah McNicholl and Joni Traynor dominating the back line for Tara. The shield was presented by referee Eddie Naughton, to Tara captain Sarah McNicholl.
