Harbinson taking nothing for granted

Lenny Harbinson celebrates the All-Ireland victory with St Gall's

Antrim manager Lenny Harbinson is expecting a tough test from London in tomorrow's Allianz Football League clash at Ruislip.

The Exiles inflicted a nine-point defeat on Wicklow earlier in the campaign and Harbinson sees tomorrow's game as a potential banana skin for his side.

"It's going to be a really formidable task," he told the Irish News.

"Their manager Ciaran Deely comes from a professional soccer background (the Wexford native is a former QPR sports scientist) so he has them well structured and organised. There are a lot of transferable skills from soccer than can be brought into Gaelic, so they will also be super fit.

"London, Wicklow, Limerick, the teams that maybe haven't been spoken of as much, are all going to be very dangerous in this division. There are going to be plenty of twists and turns to come yet.

"I have been around Gaelic circles long enough to know that if you're not really focused and you don't give the proper respect, you'll be caught out."
