Carlow's Jack Kavanagh is certainly taking nothing for granted ahead of Sunday's NHL Division 2A clash against London in Ruislip.

Only two years ago, the Exiles came to Netwatch Cullen Park and recorded  a 5-16 to 1-11 win over the home side in a league encounter.

Despite losing their opening two matches, Kavanagh feels that London are still a threat, especially in their home grounds and he stressed to the Carlow Nationalist that they won't be complacent going into the game.

"Going over to London you don't know what to expect. They have different players who have gone over there to work. They are always competitive and they sometimes take a scalp. We are hoping it won't be us," stated Kavanagh.

"Every game is a must win game now if we are to be there or thereabouts."
