Dulwich Harps club notes

November 13, 2017

As 2017 winds down, preparations are beginning in earnest for the upcoming 2018 season!

After a successful club dinner dance a few weeks back, the club will be having our Annual General Meeting coming up in the Duke of Sussex on Thursday 23rd of November. The AGM is open to ALL CLUB MEMBERS and will allow us the opportunity to elect club officers and to set out our plan for the upcoming season in terms of potential fundraisers and events.

After four years of service as manager of the men's team, Alan Grogan has stepped down from managerial duties for the upcoming season. Alan played an integral part of last year's success in getting the club promoted into Division 2 and intermediate football and getting us to a championship final. His commitment, dedication and attention to detail over the past 4 years have lifted this team onto the next level and the club and players are eternally grateful for his services.

At the moment the club are on the lookout for a new manager/coach for both the men's and ladies team. For anyone who is interested in taking up a coaching role with either team, please contact Enda on 07522 723765 or email: [email protected]

As always the club are on the lookout for new players in the upcoming season. If you are interested in becoming part of our friendly and welcoming club please contact:

Niall Russell (men's team captain) - 07783 673068

Maeve Wylie (ladies team captain) - 07907 301806
