Hi All,

Clann na nGael (1-9) v (1-14) Owen Roe O`Neill's GAC, Leckpatrick
Drumquin Wolfe Tones (0-8) v (3-12) Newtownstewart St Eugene's
Dregish Pearse Óg (1-8) v (0-11) Glenelly
Drumragh Sarsfields (1-12) v (0-14) Clogher Eire Óg
Killyman (1-16) v (2-10) Killeeshil St Mary's
Derrytresk Fir aChnoic (1-13) v (0-5) Breac an Bhile Eoghan Rua

Just wondering on everybodies views after the first round of fixtures in The Junior League. Big wins for Derrytresk and Newtownstewart but for me it has to be between Tattyreagh and Owen Roses, both teams have been knocking on the door for promotion over the past few years now.

Views on the Championship are welcomed as well!

some great performances here but none as good as donaghmore pats in division 1. Really see them winning div 1 if they get the goalkeeping postion sorted out. Any thoughts on this people?

Can't see Donaghmore winning league or championship. Think they should concentrate on staying in div 1 which will be difficult. Great start for them.

Have to disagree, with the rumours of ex tyrone minor goalkeeper returning to the squad (which would help massively) i think they are a cert for top 4.
Mighty start, watch out killyclogher, we are coming for championship

In your dreams. A team that struggled to beat a Clonoe team missing 5 of the starting 6 forwards from last years semi final team, are not going to be involved at the business end of the season. Might not have to beg for points this year though

That might have been a better statement if made last year while they were in the Intermediate Championship.

Who was Clonoe's starting forward line?? Did any forwards come on as sub?
I'm sure Clonoe will be at the business end at the end of the year. McAliskey is a massive lose.

Brought back down too earth this week. However I'm sure they would be happy enough with 2 points after two difficult games.
KC beat Carrickmore I see. 3 men off. Anyone at it?

i feel there is some sour grapes here after a superior donaghmore team beat clonoe.
We are only playing with dromore, softening them up for the championship, thats where we will beat them

mickey harte has an eye on aidan mccluskey for the tyrone panel

no Sour grapes whatsoever Your not even on our radar to be honest with a full squad to pick from we know who the obstacles are to success. when you celebrate like it was a championship win after the first league game of the season it tells me all I need to know of your ambition.

17 Clogher Eire Óg 5 0 5 0 9 - 45 10 - 60 0

The table after 5 weeks of football, still the top 4 teams I imagined that would be up in and around the top are up there. Very suprised at how well Newtownstewart are doing compared to last year when they were rock bottom. Scoring alot and haven't conceded a pile either. Owen roe the team to beat by the looks of it. Beating the tatts in tattyreagh was some result. Bad starts for beragh and clogher considering how they finished last year. Clann na nGael also goin well to by the looks of it
